4 Ingredient Vegan Healthy Nut Butter Cookies



This recipe was made on the account of …”I have no groceries and I want something sweet to eat.”

It was surprisingly tasty on the first try, so why wait any longer to share?


1 Ripe Banana

Oatmeal (eyed it)

2 tsp Almond Butter (or any nut butter)

1 tsp Agave Syrup

Add ins are optional. I like to add in pecan pieces!


Preheat oven at 350 degrees BAKE.

Mix all above ingredients together completely.

Greased the cookies sheet.

Mold the cookies into 4 flat circular shapes on the cookie sheet.

Place in the oven and bake for 13 mins.

Let it cool for five, then eat!
