Cheat meals. For a long time I didn’t really understand the whole cheat meal concept. I would eat cheat meals at random. Maybe, a Monday one week and then a Wednesday the next. Sometimes my cheat meals would come twice a week, which is not the best idea. So I never really succeeded with the whole cheat meal concept, that is until I was I saw a meme on Instagram. This meme said to designate one day to your cheat meal. This way you will be encouraged to eat healthy for the rest of the week. So I took the Instagram advice and I must say, it works! I just wanted to pass along some good advice. Good luck!
