3/4 cup oat flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut sugar (I may have been generous with this serving lol)
1 tbsp coconut oil 1.5 tbsp almond milk 2 tbsp chocolate chip
So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla Bean Ice cream
Blend first 5 ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Then add the chocolate chips and whatever other additions you’d like. Next form the dough into the shape of a cookie and place the mixture on your greased cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 375 F. This makes about 4 cookies.
When you cookies are done and have cooled off a bit. Take a scoop of your So Delicious Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and spread across one cookie and place the other cookie on top to make your guilt free cookie sandwich!
