Another great workout from my friend Deborah enjoy! 
Warm up: A lap,THEN: skip opening chest, high knees, butt kicks, karaoke, exaggerated runners lunge.
NOTE: Stretch whatever needs stretching.
DA REAL DEAL
45 secs 
Burpees (add push up for intensity)
Squat jump combo // Instructions: Deep squat, jump forward into another deep squat, make a 180 degree forward jump, deep squat. REPEAT for the 45 seconds. 
Jump rope (with or without rope)
Lunges
Push ups
Take 30 seconds break
30 secs
REPEAT DA REAL DEAL
20 secs
REPEAT DA REAL DEAL
Cool down: Jog lightly for about 3 mins
ABS
20 regular crunches
20 lower ab crunches
30 seconds Russian Twist
30 seconds plank w/ mountain climbers
2×30 6inches/ scissors
STRETCH
Same as always!
