Meet Deborah Gillis Harry. She’s my best friend and workout partner. And let me tell you, her workouts get the job done. Her routines are made to burn a high amount of calories and build strength (the perfect combo). I promise you will see a change in your body,  if you do one of her workouts everyday. Warm up: A lap,THEN: skip opening chest, high knees, butt kicks, karaoke, exaggerated runners lunge.
NOTE: Stretch whatever needs stretching.
DA REAL DEAL PART 2
Use map my run or track if available and do 1 mile
KRYPTO 
40 jumping jacks
25 half burpes
35 body squats
20 elf jumps
Run 800 meters
Repeat KRYPTO
Run 400 meters
NITE
25 jumping jacks
15 half burpes
25 body squats
10 elf jumps
Run 200 meters
Repeat
Sprint 100m!!!!! (GO HARD IN THE PAINT!!)
 
Cool down for 3-5mins
 
ABS
20 regular crunches
20 lower ab crunches
30 seconds Russian Twist
2×30 6inches/ scissors
 
STRETCH
Same as always!
