Now I know you’ve all seen the NANANICECREAM craze, and I am on that bandwagon. But I must say I have came up with one of the best nananicecream recipes that I’ve ever tasted. So you know I had to share.. No, not my nicecream, this recipe! See below.
1 1/2 Frozen Bananas
1/2 Tbps of Peanut Butter
1/2 Pitted Date
1 Tbps of Almond Milk
Vegan Chocolate Chips
Almonds & Pecans
That all. Yup that’s it! All you need to do is throw the first 4 above ingredients into a blender and blend until it has an ice cream consistency! I actually like to blend in some of my chocolate chips and nuts as well, but not all! I love to sprinkle some on top too! Most people aren’t very familiar with dates, but I must tell you dates add a chewiness to the mix. Almost like a caramel texture. OMG, try it and let me know how you like it. Enjoy!
