Yurppp! Carrot fries are on the menu baby, babyyyy! I know what you are thinking… “Carrot Fries, uhhh no.” I know you were thinking that because I was thinking that the first time Iheard of the idea. However, these fries are simply delicious and so freaking easy to make. Sounds like my type of recipe aye? So lets get started!
Step One: Preheat the oven to 375
Step Two: Chop baby carrots into fives vertically.
Step Three: Spread olive oil, a hint of coconut water (optional), your favorite seasoning (I used Ms. Dash, welp because it’s salt free), and add a bit of stevia (optional) all over your carrots.
Step Four: Once the carrots are properly greased and seasoned. Spread them on your baking pan and pop them in the oven.
Step Five: Leave the carrots in for 20-22 minutes. You can flip the carrots around at 10 minutes, but it’s no big deal (I did tho).
